Walkthrough

Here is a possible build order to win the second level of BTD5 on HARD.
I use no pre-start upgrades or specials.  No tricks or cheats.
I also do not use the Gatling-gun, as I think it makes it too easy.
This time I will do my best to win without loosing any balloon lives.

I will use this pictures with numbers and letter to indicate where to place the defenses.  Notice that a small change could have an impact, so use as a good guide, but not an absolute fool-proof solution.

I will only place a defense at the end of each round.  So the actions will be taken at the end of the mentioned round.

Pre-round 1:  Ninja Monkey at position 1. Target First.
Round 5:  Upgrade Ninja 1 to Ninja Discipline and Sharp Shurikens.
Round 9: Upgrade Ninja 1 to Seeking Shuriken and Distraction.
Round 13: Upgrade Ninja 1 to Double Shot.
Round 26: Upgrade Ninja 1 to Bloonjitsu.

Round 27: Bomb Tower at Position 2.  Target Strong.  (You need it for the lead balloons starting from level 28).

Round 32: Monkey Village at position 3.
Round 34:  Upgrade Bomb Tower 2 to Bigger Bombs, Missile Launcher, Extra Range, Frag Bombs..
Round 35: Upgrade Bomb Tower 2 to Cluster Bombs
Round 37: Bomb Tower at position 4.  Target Strong.  Upgrade Extra Range, Frag Bombs, Bigger Bombs, Missile Launcher.
Round 38: Upgrade Monkey Village 3 to Monkey Fort.
Round 39: Upgrade Monkey Village 3 to Radar Scanner. (This will take care of the camo's later)

Round 41:Dart Monkey at position 5.  Target First.  Upgrade Long Range Darts, Enhanced Eyesight, Spike-o-Pult, Juggernaut, Sharp Shots, Razor Sharp Shots.
Round 42: Upgrade bomb tower 4 to MOAB Mauler.
Round 45: Build Bomb Tower at position 6.  Target Strong.  Upgrade Extra Range, Frag Bombs, Bigger Bombs, Missile Launcher, MOAB Mauler.
Round 46: Upgrade Village Tower 3 to Monkey Beacon, and Jungle Drums
Round 48: Upgrade Bomb Tower 2 to Bloon Impact.  Build Bomb Tower at position 7, target Strong.   Upgrade Extra Range, Frag Bombs, Bigger Bombs, Missile Launcher, MOAB Mauler.

Round 50: Upgrade Monkey Village 3 to Monkey Intelligence Bureau.
Round 51: Build Bomb Tower at position 8. Target First.  Upgrade Extra Range, Frag Bombs, Cluster Bombs, Bigger Bombs, Missile Launcher.
Round 52: Upgrade Bomb Tower 8 to Bloon Impact.
Round 55: Build Bomb Tower at position 9. Target Strong. Upgrade Extra Range, Frag Bombs, Bigger Bombs, Missile Launcher, MOAB Mauler.

Round 60: Build a Super Monkey at position A.  Target First.  Upgrade Super Range, Epic Range, Laser Blasts.
Round 62: Upgrade Super Monkey A to Plasma Blasts.
Round 67: Upgrade Super Monkey A to Robo Monkey.
Round 72: Build a Bomb Tower at position B. Target Strong. Upgrade Extra Range, Frag Bombs, Bigger Bombs, Missile Launcher, MOAB Mauler.
Round 74: Build a Bomb Tower at position C. Target Strong. Upgrade Extra Range, Frag Bombs, Bigger Bombs, Missile Launcher, MOAB Mauler.

This should be strong enough to take you through to the end of level 85!
You are welcome to now experiment by adding some different lesser-used defenses.

After round 85... NO lives lost. Yippie Hooray!   And quite a nifty bank balance.
