My first attempt at Comrades Marathon Humor.  I made a video with humorous tips on how to lose some weight in time for the annual Comrades Marathon (a 90km ultra-marathon footrace between the cities of Durban and Pietermartizburg).  These are tongue in the cheek humor and you should not try this at home!  Enjoy!
